Dear Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for the opportunity of assisting in your responsibility to educate your children in the Catholic Faith. While the family should make a commitment to attend class, PREP is never a substitute for MASS attendance each week. Children who attend MASS with their family observe the Christian commitment to practice the faith as a community.

Please see our PREP Class offerings for the 2009-2010 School Year below. We also ask that you complete the registration form by following these points to ensure proper registration and class assignment:

1)   Fill out all information. Print Neatly and Legibly. NOTE: Most of our communication is by email so it is critical we can read your email!

2)    Please fill out all emergency information including contact as well as any allergy or special needs information. We are no longer sending out a separate form for emergency information.

All STUDENTS: We require an original Catholic Baptismal Certificate with the parish seal; we will make a copy of it and return it to you.  Please obtain a transfer record if you have attended a Religious Education Program elsewhere.   If we do not have your child’s Baptismal Certificate, your registration will not be processed.

PREP September – May / grades 1,3,4,5,6 & 7

        1^st child $110
        2^nd child $75
        3^rd child, etc is $50

First Communion (2^nd grade) – Tuition + $50.00 Fee

Confirmation (8^th grade) – Tuition ($100.00) + $100.00 Fee

Home Study for grades 3, 4 & 5 per child - $110

If fees present a hardship, please contact the PREP office.

The Registration Form, with payment can be mailed to the PREP office dropped off in the box under the PREP window.
You will be notified of any changes that must be made.
A letter confirming the class date and time will be emailed.
