This study will outline who we are as Catholics, what we believe, and how we live. Jesus is “the way, and the truth, and the life” (John 14:6), and the early Christians were known for being people of the “Way.” Being Catholic means making a journey into the heart of God not as isolated individuals, but in the company of a family, a community, that Jesus called the Church (see Matthew 16:18). 6 Sessions (5+1 to recap fall sessions).
Fridays, 7:30 - 9:00PM – Meeting via Zoom (possibly with in person meetings)

Study: The Eucharist in Scripture – a Little Rock Scripture Study
Preparation: Weekly readings and reflection questions
In this year of Eucharistic Revival, join us to learn how our ancestors in faith shared meals in fellowship and in covenant relationship with God. The study covers some Old Testament meals, the Last Supper, the “Bread of Life” discourse, and the early church’s practice of “breaking bread.” At each session, we will discuss reflection questions, then watch a wrap-up video lecture. Workbook required.
Tuesdays, 7:30 – 8:30 PM – Meeting via Zoom only

What did Jesus see in Matthew? And what did Matthew see in Jesus? Matthew accepted Jesus’ invitation and never turned back. Please join us as we explore the extraordinary relationship between Jesus and Matthew.
Bible Study is fulfilling, informative and thought provoking. I had no idea what to expect when I registered, but I knew, right from the first day, that this was what the Holy Spirit led me to. The groups are welcoming and Scripture focused. The meetings are informal and friendly, allowing you to share your thoughts on Scripture if you desire to. There is no pressure. I learn something during each session, and I’m drawn to read more of the Bible during the week. We are called to know, love and serve our Lord. Bible Study helps us to know Him further and deepen our relationship with Him. Peter Eckel
The Bible studies are awesome. They allow a group of friendly people the opportunity to discuss Scripture in a relaxed setting. Every week I learn something about the Lord, the Lord's word, and from everybody else in the group. I hope that the Bible studies go on indefinitely. Michael Huber
I have been attending Bible study groups for several years and find it to be soul nourishing and strengthening for the seasons of life that we all go through. As I started to study and understand the Word of God, I felt an insatiable hunger to want more of Him in my life because of the peace that comes with the knowledge of God's Word. I encourage you to dedicate some of your time to reading and studying His Word with other believers in a Bible study group, and I can assure you that you will be blessed by it in more ways than you could ever have imagined!
