Join us this Lent for a deeper exploration of the Eucharist. As Catholics, we know our worship is centered on the Eucharist and receiving the Body and Blood of the Lord during Mass on Sunday. The Eucharist is the “Source and Summit” of our lives as Catholics and nourishes us for our spiritual journey.

We will reflect on the Mass, the Real Presence of the Lord in the Eucharist, and the difference the Eucharist makes in our daily life as Catholics. Join us for reflection, exploration, and sharing on these Thursdays in Lent.

Presenter/Facilitator: Martin J. Arsenault
Facilitators: Deacon Tom and Roger, and Nanci Bachman

Pope Francis asked during his teaching on the Eucharist at the Wednesday General Audience of February 12, 2014

How do we experience the Eucharist?

When we go to Sunday Mass, how do we live it? Is it only a moment of celebration, an established tradition, an opportunity to find oneself or feel justified, or something
more?
