Have You Lost A Loved One Recently?
Each of us has experienced the loss of a loved one. Loss is a normal part of life… and grief is the normal human response to a loved one's death.
St. David the King invites you to a four-week look at “Loss and Grief” and how it changes lives. The program is best recommended for individuals who have lost a loved one at least three months ago but no more than three years ago.
Each session will address specific aspects of loss and how to slowly integrate the loss you have experienced, and the grief that comes with it, into your life. There will also be time for group discussion for those who would like to share.
No pre-work or reading is required. The sessions are conversational.
