Once you submit the form below, please visit the Parish Office to complete your registration packet. It can also be mailed to you upon request. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. To have a packet mailed, please contact us at parishoffice@stdavidtheking.com or call 609-275-7111 x101.
